Who it's for

Warehouse and logistics floor teams — the people building pallets, loading trailers and picking orders. It matters most when peak season hits: Black Friday through the Christmas run, when volume is high and there is no time to restack.

Why now

3PLs and freight teams still plan loads by habit and Excel while berth time, dock labour and damaged cartons eat margin. Packalytics is opening a small pilot so the first partners get the engine on their cargo types — and help shape the warehouse-floor web app operators will actually use on the dock.

Three weeks to strip a ship's containers. Packalytics plans each pallet and container in seconds, so berth and dock time isn't spent deciding.

Balanced, stable loads

Weight distribution and interlocking planned per load: slippery cartons, odd heavy items and long thin boxes placed so pallets don't lean, shift or topple in the bays.

Expert judgement, built in

Layer-by-layer load guides carry the safe-stacking know-how normally locked in one veteran's head, so any picker can follow it.

The risk being designed out is concrete: a long, light box stacked wrong that leans out of the pallet bay and puts product between an order picker and the racking.
